GET STARTED WITH iQ3
On this page you will find the steps to follow to install and start using iQ3.
Before doing so, you should understand a few notions for a correct use of the software:
iQ3
Module for programming and designing surveys and managing data. It is installed on the computer.
SphinxOnline
Part that is accessed online. This is where the dissemination of surveys and data analysis with DATAVIV' takes place.
RECOMMENDATION FOR MAC USERS:
iQ3 is compatible exclusively with Windows operating systems.
To use the application on Mac, we recommend installing a Windows emulator before proceeding with the installation.
How to download iQ3 and
activate your account at SphinxOnline

Download the software on your computer by clicking here.
Run the programme as administrator of your computer
Register the licence key that
has provided you with by email in the iQ3 software.

SphinxOnline account activation

Check your email address. You will receive an email from sales@lesphinx.eu with the details to activate your account. Check SPAM in case you don't find it.
You will have 96h to activate your account. If the link has expired or you have not received the email, please contact us.
Log in to your online account at https://survey.lesphinx.es/ with the email and password you defined.
