GETTING STARTED WITH IQ3
On this page you will find a step-by-step guide to installing and getting started with iQ3.
Before we begin, there are a few things you need to know to make sure you are using the software correctly:

iQ3 is the module that allows you to program and design surveys and manage the data. It is installed on your computer.

Sphinxonline is the part that is accessed online. It is from here that you can distribute the surveys and analyze the data with DATAVIV’.

Install the software on your computer

Download the software

Run the software as an administrator

Activate the licence
You will receive an email with the password needed to activate the licence.
Minimum system requirements for installing Sphinx iQ3:

Operating system: Windows 8/10 with .NET Framework version 4.7

Processor: minimum 2.5 GHz (Intel® Core is recommended)

RAM: minimum 8 GB (16 GB is advised)

Free space on hard drive: 8 GB
Note: MacOS users will need to install a software emulator

Create a Sphinxonline account (for access to DATAVIV' and the different distribution channels)
You will receive an email from sales@lesphinx.eu with your account login details (check your spam folder).
You will have 96 hours to activate it. Contact us if the link has expired or you haven't received any email.
